Job Description
- Provide day-to-day HR related administrative support including on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits and training administration.
- Assist in recruitment such as posting advertisement, resume screening and arranging of interview.
- Prepare monthly HR report.
- Perform work pass administration such as applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
- Assist in employee leave administration.
- Assist in payroll processing and administration.
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle employee attendance and Time Management System.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Adminstration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Bilingual as need to liaise with chinese and english speaking managers and staffs.
- Meticulous and positive working attitudes.
- Wiling to work as team.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
