Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set operations duties: recording, sending nomination to sub-contractors, following up the operations development, updating data to client, issuing certificate or report.
  • Coordination with clients and sub-contractors for smooth, efficiency and timely operation update.
  • Assisting in daily jobs recording and sales, cost summary per month.
  • Assisting in invoices to clients.
  • Assisting payment duties of sub-contractors.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

  • To conduct 3rd Party audit with the appropriate competency on clients’ Management Systems independently, objectively, impartially and free of conflict on interest in accordance with the relevant ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50003, etc.) and in strict compliance with Company’s Code of Ethics and established audit procedures
  • Lead or participate in preliminary assessments, assessments, follow-up visits, surveillances, certificate renewals and other certification related works, ensure timely completion of report review to facilitate certificate decision-making
  • Participate in company’s accreditation and certification activities, to ensure that company maintains its accreditation for all management systems with the relevant accreditation body and support on continually expand and upgrade the company’s certification scope and capability
  • Comply with company procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards
  • To promote and protect brand name at all times by conducting oneself professionally and responsibly in all circumstances
  • Identify new and additional business opportunities, advise clients on company services and action any resulting leads if required

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Engineering Field or equivalent
  • Perform assessments / audit for ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50003, etc.)
  • At least 5 years’ experience in carrying out assessments of management systems against ISO 9001/ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50003 would be desirable
  • CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor Certification is preferred
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the role of management systems in the various sectors
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills, be pragmatic and credible and have a high standard of personal presentation and integrity
  • Good communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
